We strive to identify and provide kids in need the important resources necessary for a happy and healthy childhood.
Second Bridge is our resource program. We have a distribution center filled with clothing and supplies that our families are invited to shop at free of charge. We also offer delivery of items, playdates, assistance with birthdays, school supplies and much more.
Our Visitation Home provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to visit with their biological families, receive therapy or for caregivers to receive parent coaching. Supervision, therapy and parent coaching provided by ROAN Solutions LLC.
KIN’s Holiday Program hosts a holiday party for 150 kids along with supplying Christmas gifts for hundreds of kids in our community. We work with our registered families along with schools, agencies and organizations to provide gifts for hundreds of kids.
Every donation helps us continue to support vulnerable children in our community. Make a one-time donation or sign-up for recurring donations. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and gifts are tax deductible.

Request Help or Services
Whether you have a new placement or need items for a child already in your care, we are here to help. You are able to pick up from our distribution center in Crystal Lake or we can deliver to McHenry, Kane and Lake Counties.
Set Up Shopping Appointment
Families are invited to come and shop at our Crystal Lake distribution center free of charge. We have clothing, diapers, baby gear and a room of brand new toys.
